Facial Tightening

EndyMed RF Technology

facial tighteningThis facial tightening treatment is ideal for use on the temples, neck, cheeks, forehead, and periorbital areas where skin laxity is often found. In order to bring back the the skin’s natural suppleness, facial procedures like EndyMed’s facial tightening operation. It is a non-invasive, 20-minute procedure that targets and stimulates collagen production in the dermis.

The Procedure

Prior to the treatment, the patient is instructed to remove any metallic objects that he or she is wearing. This includes, but are not limited to, jewelries, retainers, and body piercings to avoid interference with the radio frequency. The patient’s face is then washed to remove traces of make up and facial cream. An ultrasound gel is then applied in the area where the dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon will perform the facial tightening procedure. The machine will automatically choose the wattage and heating depth needed for the area of the skin to be treated.

EndyMed’s intelligent mechanism monitors the movement of the RF hand piece. If the hand piece is not in contact with the skin or is not being moved continuously, the release of radio frequency is stopped. Furthermore, a pulse duration counter ensures that each part of the face receives the same length of treatment.
